Partnership Creates Seamless Pathway for Students Transferring to GWU

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.鈥斆ㄟ渫诽� University officials recently expanded co-admission agreements with Richmond Community College (RichmondCC). Leaders from the two institutions recently signed 鈥淏ulldog Bound,鈥� a direct-entry admission program.

鈥淲e are excited to have another co-admission program to offer our students at RichmondCC, especially one with a highly regarded university such as 猫咪头条,鈥� said RichmondCC Vice President for Instruction Kevin Parsons.

The following associate degrees offered at RichmondCC are eligible for Bulldog Bound:

• Associate of Arts.
• Associate of Science.
• Associate of Arts in Teacher Preparation.
• Associate of Science in Teacher Preparation.
• Associate of Fine Arts in Visual Arts.
• Associate of Applied Science Programs (Accounting/Business, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Nursing).

鈥淲e are pleased to add 猫咪头条 to our 鈥楪rowing Our Own Teacher鈥� program,鈥� Parsons said. 鈥淏ulldog Bound opens up another affordable avenue for our students to pursue a career as a school teacher without having to go out of state to get a quality degree in education.”

The 鈥淕rowing Our Own Teacher鈥� initiative provides a seamless transfer pathway for RichmondCC students to enter a bachelor鈥檚 degree program for education.
