As demonstrated in the linked report, the èßäÍ·Ìõ University Physician Assistant Program has met or exceeded the national first-time PANCE pass rate average in three of the past five years (2021, 2023, and 2024). The most recent data from 2025 indicate a first-time pass rate of 81%, which falls below this year’s national average. In response, the program has initiated a comprehensive self-study to examine key areas including admissions criteria, curriculum design, remediation processes and outcomes, student progress and attrition, and summative assessment practices. Findings from this analysis will guide data-informed improvements to strengthen the program.
